Scammer Using Webmoney and Impersonating Steam Support

Trader said he would pay using "Webmoney" and it would go to my Steam email in my Steam Wallet. Then used my email and sent me a fake email of a receipt from Steam from the money he had sent to me Then I did not receive any payment so I told him that I was not going to give him the item he "Payed" for until I had received payment. I had told him it had not went through and he said that it is just be sent through Steam and I would receive it soon and that he would want me to trade him the item (Factory New Flip Knife Doppler Phase 2) then. I told him until I had received the payment and it went through that I was not trading the knife to him. Then he said that he was not waiting for it to go through and that if I did not give him the knife within 30 minutes he would file a scam report. He then messaged me later saying that he had filed a report and that I was to get banned. I then check my email and there was another fake email from "Steam" saying that if i did not give hi the knife that he had "Purchased" that i were to get banned in the next business hour. I now know for sure that those emails were sent by him and were not valid because 1. I have still not received any payment, 2. The ban that was mentioned was never in action, it is almost 3 hours now and nothing, 3. The emails said "Dear," then the first half of my email that I had gave him not my Steam username like normally. After that he block me on Steam. If those emails happened to be real they must have realized what had happened even though they were most likely not, because they were not standard Steam emails.

Steam would not contacted you for that, the only trade allowed is by Steam trade. No other method is accepted.
Rest easy, you won't be banned because of shade trades, probably scammer.

Yea I looked cloeslt at the emails sent from "Steam" and they were not encrypted either as they ALWAYS are ny TLS
