You can bypass cooldown by going to
Windows (C:)>Program Files (x86>Steam>SteamApps>common>Counter-Strike Global Offensive>csgo
and then delete whitelist.cfg and whitelist_beta.cfg.

I didn't kick someone the rest of my team did, and why should i intentionally lose when you can easily remove a troll from a game

cooldown was 2 hours, was fine for a few games, I kicked a troll and then it went straight to a week, I never got a 24 hour cooldown. so its not like I've been comp banned several times, I've been comp banned 5 times including this.

how do I get them to go back down, each wave of cooldowns was for a differnet thing, i got two c ooldowns for accidentally doing to much damage to teamates, 1 for getting kicked to much, and the last two were kicking people, which in my opinion should not be cooldown worthy.

Yeah this works every time! That way you can kick or troll all you want, and not actually have any consequences. :D

so what? Im just supposed to let the troll lose us the game? why does valve put a cooldown on kicking people?

It doesn't matter if it's for a different thing. It all count towards the same lvl. Every week you don't get a cooldown, your cooldown lvl goes down by 1. So you might be on lvl 4 now (30 min, 2 hours, 24 hours, 7 days). So within a month you are back to normal.

Your opinion doesn't really matter to be honest... Most people don't get their cooldowns so high, so they wont have a problem.
