Heard these are the bomb.
There is a difference between stereo and surround obviously.
It ultimately comes down to the game and soundcard. You can use stereo headphones with a virtual surround environment and it works quite well in this game.
I personally went back to analog surround because I always liked that the most.
"Gaming" Headsets with usb soundcards are often crap. You get more for your money if you only go for Headphones and buy a mic for them.
Btw: im using Beyerdynamic DT990 600ohm headphones with a Vali 2/Modi 2 AMP/DAC combo.
USB is like the swiss army knife of connections. It does a ok job but your always better off using a connection design for the job your using it for. Alot of USB headphoes/Headset have earthing problems which can cause background noise such as crackling sounds.
7.1 is a gimick as you only have 2 ears not 7.1 ears. A good set of 2.0 headphones/headset will allow you to define the direction the sound is coming from prefectly fine. You will find the best Headphones/Headset companies don't do 7.1 or 5.1 Headphones/Headset.
As for what is a good headset for you. That would come down to your personal taste in sound preferences. Some questions you should be asking yourself are:-
1. Do you like a heap of bass, a little bass or mid bass
2. Do you want open or closed cans?
Open allows you to hear everything around you
Closed reduces the sound around you
3. Do you want to use it also on a portable device as then your best with a low Ohm headset. If not you could go higher.
My suggestion is to goto a shop that has demonstration models that you can test for yourself. I could suggest 3 or 4 headsets which I think a great but they may not suit what you are looking for in audio profiling.
I use a set of Sennheiser G4ME Zero ( closed cans as I'm in a room with plenty of background noise)
i just want to know... for cs go no difference 2.0 or 5.1 7.1 ?? i also want to buy a soundcard...creative SB Z 5.1 or asus ASUS ROG Xonar Phoebus Solo
and about headphones... what is important for me - I need the most accurate location of sounds around me and I need to sound grenades and the sound of steps and smoke grenades sounds and when all these sounds are mixed with each other , I want to distinguish between them and the distance between these sounds

What motherboard do you have?
With modern motherboards the is little to no difference between onboard and dedicated soundcards. Most of the time they have the exact same chips.
You need a good set of cans. With good cans you can even a pin drop due to the clarity of the sound.
3 brands I'd recommend
Seinnheiser
Beyerdynamic
Audio Technica
I prefer the Seinnheisers as they seem to have the clearest sound to me. But some complain about not enough bass. But I feel too much bass distorts the accuracy of the direction the sound is coming from.
If you do go for a dedicated soundcard make sure it has a dedicated headphone amp.
what about of Sony MDR-HW700DS
Those are a 2.0 with software 9.1
Wireless is not good for latancy (sound can be delayed)
To answer your question about stereo being different from full surround.
thank you for answer...and what you think about Sony MDR-HW700DS? what is better - senhaiser game zero + creative 5.1 Z (soundcard) or this SONY ...(they have soundcard) but i think about microphone...(for this headphons)
