What happends if you verify the game cache?

There's also a possibility for you to update windows. Sometimes framework needs to be updated. IF not restart pc

the cache i already tried but windows updates that a good one! ill look into it
Colorful Cat Feb 7, 2016 @ 4:21am

Try to reinstall steam (also cs), check video drivers settings, clean memory (windows has some settings to help with that), use external programs to check background processes, because so long waiting time isn't normal. Also some launching bug is possible.

I have the same issue, re-acquiring steam files, verfying integrity of game cache, reinstalling CS GO, updating drivers, updating windows... it all doesn't work. I've been playing the game fine for years, my other games are running well but CS GO suddenly takes minutes (instead of the usual seconds) to startup and the game spikes frequently when I'm playing.

Well i Got the VAC error twice and after that it runs perfectly again i dont know if it has something to do with the new Drivers of GPU's but for me its gone!

What did you do to fix it?
Colorful Cat Mar 4, 2016 @ 1:05am
It just randomly did it again. I got the VAC error twice and after that it went uphill again...i know it sounds abit weird but am not joking

Check your firewall settings
Cyborg Ninja Mar 4, 2016 @ 4:46am
My firewall allows CSGO though. i do have a background process call "Csgo" that is always running and that is suspened and from what i have tried i cant close it. Ive tried going to details and ending the task tree and just ending the task and it says "Access is denied" and my CSGO worked fine before that was running.

hmm weird. No mouse/keyboard software? upnp enabled and cs go allowed in the router?
