Steam market is the ONLY 100% safe market for skins. Please beware all other markets many of them are scams and there is NO gaurantee your skins are safe unless you use the steam market!

Well, one way to find out is to log in to your steam account BEFORE goinn on page like that. So you log in to steam and then you go to trading site where you login via Steam. Since you logged in to steam already you will see a window with your accoun and you know you can log in quite safely. If there would be another login menu after pressing Login then the site is for 99% scam.
*if you log in via steam and then just press login with this account, you should still be aware of risks and trade/buy/sell on sites that have good reputation
you can do a WHOIS lookup on the domain name (url). most will be new, like a week or month old. in my experience most will also be listed as registered in eastern europe/russsia too.

GL HF !
