Even in dota 2 Esports Events, Chinese has always have an issue of cheating.
I wont be surprise if 50% of their players are cheaters here in CS2

Meh, it has been so popular to closet cheat in video games in the last few years that basically every country does it now.
Back then I would say mostly slav countries but nowadays I see a ton of germans and french cheating

But only total numbers. If you look at each country and look at the % of player of that country we cheat there are plenty of countries worse than russia. China and russia has a huge playerbase and thus people say russians cheat.

Asian culture is the same. It's all about winning no matter how. It's absolutely horrendous and we have to deal with them daily...
