Laptop resolution comparison (1920x1080 vs 1366x768)
I started playing CS:GO in 2017 and all I had was a pentium laptop which could run it pretty decently. After a long hiatus I finally got a gaming laptop, and when CS2 was released, I started playing again.

However, in the first two months playing CS2 on 1920x1080 I noticed that the movements felt off and it was a struggle to adjust for some reason. Then for no reason I decided to play on 1366x768, and finally everything felt perfect.

So I was wondering if there's an alternative resolution maybe similar to the 1366x768 that I can use to gain more rendering to the game. I don't mind the resolution, but it's CS2 and it's suppose to look good and all that. Putting the game in this res just felt like playing CS:GO to me.

Maybe an additional info, I'm playing on a 24" monitor, so I'm not worried about "heads being too small for me to shoot with that resolution"

I did a bit of an experiment myself and found that 4:3 in 1024x768 works best for me. Heads are big enough and it's pretty wide.

I think I figured out the reason why my spray control was off when playing 1920x1080. It's literally because of the height pixels. I'm used to 768, and 1080 is larger than that. So it felt as if I need to push my mouse lower than what I am used to. So for anyone feeling the same way, keep that in mind.
