What can I do to improve my Trust Factor?
The only way to improve your Trust Factor is to be a positive member of the Counter-Strike 2 and Steam community. (...) The more a user plays, the more information the system has and the easier it will be for the system to determine who they should be matched with.

By steam community, it could mean only interacting with members here or a community as a whole considering other games as part of a bigger system called Steam.
Or maybe people open your profile during the match and assume you're cheating because of your game ban and report you, i donno.
