RANT: Knives Ruining CS2 - Enough is Enough!

I've reached my breaking point, and I can't stay silent any longer. What in the world is happening to our once-tactical shooter? Knives – these overpriced, overhyped pieces of virtual metal – are officially ruining Counter-Strike, and I've had enough! Every round, it's the same story. Teammates obsessing over their shiny, impractical knives, inspecting them like it's some sort of virtual fashion show. Meanwhile, the bomb is ticking away, and enemies are closing in.Remember when CS was about strategy, teamwork, and clutch plays? Now it's just a parade of players spinning their knives in spawn, practicing their "trickstab" moves like it's some sort of circus act. The real problem? The obsession with knife skins. It's like a virtual arms race to see who can flaunt the most expensive, most ridiculous-looking blade. Sorry, but I'm here to play a shooter, not admire someone's overpriced digital cutlery collection. I'm calling on the true CS veterans – the ones who remember the days when a good old AK headshot was all the satisfaction we needed.
Let's start a movement. Use basic default knives only. Strip away the distraction and focus on the core gameplay. CS was built on tactical gameplay, not flashy blades. Let's not lose sight of what made this game great in the first place.

More than anything else, this dumb copy pasta reeks of a silly attempt to try and crash the skin market to buy up cheap knives. Who do you think pays for the servers in this free-to-play online game? That's right, it's the players buying all the expensive skins that aren't even needed and just for fun + looks. Matchmaking alternatives like Faceit, etc. have a subscription cost for a reason. Servers don't run for free. Someone has to pay the bill in the end. If you remember the "good old days" of CS, you will remember that community servers were usually run by clans who paid the bills in the end. This is why no old players are complaining, they get to play "for free" now which is better than it used to be and it also looks like a relatively sustainable business model that will basically keep the game running forever. Why not let people's vanity pay for the servers and why not let them enjoy nice things other than sweating with no fun? If you don't like it, you can go cry in some other game.
