Randomly got VAC ban for no reason

Seeing some other posts about it too, I logged in 5 days ago and saw a notification that i got permanent VAC banned, i have NEVER cheated, there was one time i played with a cheater and was joking with him about it, then we kicked him out, can this be the reason for the ban? but i don't think a perma ban is deserved for having a random cheater on my team???

Sent steam support a message but i don't think they will help me,I have been waiting for the last 5 days for their response.
IDGAF about the cs2 account (didnt spend any money) but I don't like the RED "1 VAN ban on record' on my profile as this is my main account for the other games i have played.

You're game banned, not VAC banned.

VAC bans are issued for hand-written detections of cheating software on your computer.

Game bans in CS2 are issued for abusive gameplay in general.

What could possibly be the reason? and is this a permanent ban?
i only have this account and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ steam doesnt allow adding friends in new accounts so how am i supposed to play with my friends?

secondly, this is your *main* account?? oh no! you might lose an account with... 8 games on it...? dude you're literally losing nothing by just getting a new account, unless this account was your only clean one left. you've barely spent any money on your account.

if i somehow got a vac (which im not a filthy cheater so, yknow, it *cant* happen) i would be pissed, cuz i've sunk like, over $10k in games and inventory, mostly games. you've spent like, what, $20? is Titanfall2 free or what, idk i bought it when it came out.

just an fyi, vac bans aren't instant. if you just play a few pub games a day, it takes up to a week for vac to find you and get you. but it will, and it did. if youre in comp and cheating your ass off, they can def ban ingame tho, i seen it happen in CSGO days.

I logged into steam one day and found out that i got this game ban, i didnt say that i got instantly banned or anything.

also i havent even played much compe games, i generally just play casual with some friends. I have played like 4-5 compe matches in CS2.
Again, what can i do to prove i have not cheated.
