Wired has better quality vs wireless according to model information.
If that's the case i might have a solution for you.

i checked all the settings.
Task manager > Details > audiodg.exe > right mouse button > set affinity > check 1 core only (any core) see if it changed anything. If i did not help, revert everything you done.
Windows 10, can't say about other OS's
i gdeinstalled nvidia broadcast. i only use dolby atmos, because without the sound is not good. i will try it and give information to you. i use win11
also try wired , it says 24- 96 khz when wired , so if you are wired and have only 48 then this is the issue.
it would be 24-48 when not using any wires (Bluetooth)
open device manager , go to this device model , and check version of drivers , then search up in google to see if the version is correct or not.
maybe your Bluetooth is wrong version as well , check it in device manager as well.
I only have this robot voice when I connect to CS2 in a mtch on a server. Then the voice is lagging in Teamspeak and ingame. Otherwise it works perfectly
Try blutheoth, if it works then you know issue , at worst you can go back to radio waves.
2.4 is supposed to be better but maybe it has issues with game? Honestly I never used 2.4 so I can't say.
