CS2 weapon inspect in inventory menu is so hard on the GPU I use it to test the stability of my Overstocks/undervolts.
If my overclock/undervolt is unstable the game will crash
Have you overclocked your GPU?
By default the fps in the menu is limited to 120
What you can do to reduce the load on your GPU is limit it to 40
Type
fps_max_ui 40
in console to limit fps in menu to 40.

update
limiting the fps in the menu is working! inspecting skins from the market is now instantly showing the skins, and it doesnt crash my pc anymore. thank you!!
is it means that my gpu is faulty? gameplay is fine tho no crashing whatsoever
Their is a program called MSI Kombustor, it will apply a load to your GPU and if the program crashes when your GPU is at stock speed.
That means that your GPU can no longer hold its stock speed in heavy workloads because the silicon has degraded.
If it does not crash, then CS2 crashing on AMD cards is a VALVe problem to fix.
If you are interested in prolonging the lifespan of your card
