Screen tearing with new nvidia driver or game update

Not sure which one...i had fixed it by selecting windowed fullscreen instead of fullscreen and hardcapping my fps to my monitor but it seems to be back.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix

Go to nvidia add game .exe , make it fullscreen and windowed for gysync.

You do have gysync monitor right?

Or compaitable gysync?

If not then use fast vsync in nvidia panel.

Then install geforce experience, it will auto download newest update and it also can be used to check input lag , 1% fps in game etc.

Also make sure you have highest refresh rate and you limit fps to your refresh rate - 3

(Using four fps commands)
