They stole a Steam account and created a new Faceit account

In general terms, I can write like this:
Faceit- Hey there,

If you did not create this FACEIT account then I'm afraid I will not be able to help you get access to it.

You can still play on FACEIT, but you will have to create a new Steam account and link it to a new FACEIT account.

In order to do this, you will have to have played at least 40 hours of CSGO on the new Steam account.

Please bare in mind that once a Steam/game ID is linked to a FACEIT account it cannot be unlinked.

I write back to them- I understand your policy, but you also understand that my only Steam ID has been for many years and I have been writing to you about this problem for more than one year. Could you take any action or contact someone else or me to do it myself, it's just not fair to me. I hope for your understanding and I would like you to deactivate the account or help me restore it. I have all the evidence that this is my Steam ID, that my Steam account was really stolen and that no one plays on it and cannot play because it is impossible because this is my steam id. Please understand me if this is not in your area of expertise, then help me connect with someone who can help. Thank you.

Can someone give me any advice other than how to create a new steam account?

Try and reset the password. Just use the mail address you normally use for registering games. And see what comes up. Otherwise, contact steam support and explain your situation, maybe they can do something.

Also when you go to the help center / steam support, you can find all data logged on your account. See if something is in there.

I think faceit pretty much give you answer to this. I also think faceit is the one that have knowledge about this.
Even if the answer is not what you wanted, you should settle with it. You self need to keep your account safe, wich you failed to do.
