They stole a Steam account and created a new Faceit account

In general terms, I can write like this:
Faceit- Hey there,

If you did not create this FACEIT account then I'm afraid I will not be able to help you get access to it.

You can still play on FACEIT, but you will have to create a new Steam account and link it to a new FACEIT account.

In order to do this, you will have to have played at least 40 hours of CSGO on the new Steam account.

Please bare in mind that once a Steam/game ID is linked to a FACEIT account it cannot be unlinked.

I write back to them- I understand your policy, but you also understand that my only Steam ID has been for many years and I have been writing to you about this problem for more than one year. Could you take any action or contact someone else or me to do it myself, it's just not fair to me. I hope for your understanding and I would like you to deactivate the account or help me restore it. I have everything to prove

I have a situation where Faceit forces me to create a new steam account. I just require an individual approach due to the fact that for 4 years I have wanted to play on Faceit through my Steam ID and there is all the evidence that I did not create the Faceit account.

Never been able to play Face IT for the same reason. One account created, never been able to link the Steam account to play. Whatever, I gave up years ago, it's not important and I guess I saved money.

Sorry for the bad translation, the attackers stole the account and created Faceit. Evidence of theft-emails about Steam account recovery that coincide with the date of registration of the faceit account
