Tried installing latest redist of .net framework and c++ 2022 on both edition of x86 and x64 yet? If it still persist then hmm... At this point, I could use some of the logs to see.

Only after the latest update has the issue arose. Installing frame work is not needed. Im reinstalling the game, if my problem persists, I will report back.
