Problem is with the cs2 that when i am playing premier in mid game when i shoot and its a headshot kill at that specific point game get stuck and i have to restart the game its always while shooting

I have done everything like updating, verify integrity even upgraded the windows and reinstalled the game, yeah this crash is so much random.
1. Its only in premier i played deathwatch for hours but i didn't face that in deathmatch
2. It happens while shooting
3. It happened when i shoot the enemy headshot game freezes on the head of the enemy and its a kill its like just hit the headshot and it gets freezes on headshot kill i can see the bullet splash on the head
4. 3rd point is even happening while spectating a teammate in premiers

Same for me. I even experience crashes one after another, the more crashes I get, the bigger chance of getting new one. Could be up to 3-4 per game.

Same here only during prem, I play comp/cas/deathmatch for 20 matches straight no problems, then the second I hop on prem game will crash once or twice throughout the match

Ryzen 5600X + RX 5700 XT + 32Gb RAM. Fully Reinstall the game, chage every setting like bordless windows, compatibility, etc... Update the graphics card, something that i do only as an ultimate resorce... Can´t play CSGO - 2 yet... Game starts, enters the match (Dust II Bomb) let me select the team, and in the preview wile i´m spectating w8ting to enter the match as a player, crashes after a few seconds....

Guys! I fix my situation! Maybe it´s the same for you.. Maybe not... I will descrive in portuguese so i can describe better, use google traslation or watever: Nas definições de arranque do CSGO-2 tinha lá, não sei porquê, qualquer coisa como -Treads uma coisa assim. Limpei o que lá estava e agora o jogo corre bem e sem paragens! Vejam se têm alguma coisa nas opções de arranque do CSGO-2 no steam. Engrenagem do jogo na steam, na barra geral - Opções de arranque e limpem o que lá está. A mim resultou. Boa sorte!

been having the same problems, honestly taking a break from this game until its fixed. Been too frustrated to even play. I start a prem game and I just lose elo because of the crash.

Look, I'm no valve and idk if this would work, but consider giving free version of process lasso a try. Put cs2 as pro balance exception, run at above normal priority (Always), and in cpu > pro balance restraint, put 85% as the threshold, and for the app threshold is 2% when start and 1% when stop.

It will force game to run in above normal (high is unstable and unrecommended), and whenever cpu usage hits 85%, all the background apps are forced to use only 2% max of the cpu or otherwise paused until it hits 1%. Does NOT need a restart.

Below is for NVIDIA ONLY, skip it if you are using AMD.
If it also doesn't work, try using nvcleaninstall and do a clean install with minimum components (make sure nvidia geforce experience is uninstalled). This will result in a custom Nvidia GPU driver so not all game are welcoming this, though CS and a lot of games tolerate it, because this driver is exactly a stripped down version of a normal Nvidia Driver.

The tickbox as follows:
1st page:
PhysX
HD Audio via HDMI
Optimus (laptop only)
Type-C Driver (RTX 20 or thunderbolt owner only)
NV platform controller

2nd page:
Disable Installer telemetery and advertising
Unattended express installation
Clean install (Only for the first time, not needed for the next update unless you installed it in other way previously. As long your previous driver installed this way, you can tick this off)
Show expert tweak
Disable Driver telemetery
Disable Nvidia HD audio device sleep timer
Enable Message Signalled Interrupt
Interrupt Priority High
Apply NVDEC Video Encoding Session Limit Patch

(if there's option for this)
Rebuild digital signature
Use method compatible with easy anti cheat
Automatically accept driver unsigned warning.

Then just install the driver and restart pc once.

Let me know if this helps (this also serves as little fps booster tbh). If it actually does help, then only install GPU drivers that way from nvcleaninstall (subsequent install doesn't need clean install, it's only the first time). If it still doesn't help then... Well... As I said I'm no valve. I hope it get fixed eventually.
