Bug camera Left/Right
When updating CS:GO to CS2 started to not work the game camera, I can not move the camera left or right, only moves up and down, I have created tickets to support and I respond that it is a change in the cfg and I do not work the solutions given by the support, I have formatted the computer, reinstall cs2, reinstall steam, verify the integrity of files and delete all files related to .cfg, and if it really is a problem in the cfg could help me with the change of the cfg to detail.
Thanks

Edit(12/23/2023): The error was solved by resetting the key configurations, thanks to those who gave me their help and attention <3

logitech not working well in game, and only in a particular one specifically?…

the only thought that I'm getting from this is that OP might have Logitech G-Hub software installed, with game detection enabled, and in CS2's game profile (that gets automatically applied when CS2's window is focused) OP has separate DPI set, for Y it's normal and for X it's 0 (if it's even possible to set 0 DPI)

I have tested the sensitivity on 1 and tried with another mouse and it still doesn't work.

Regarding what you say, if I have game detection activated, how do I see if the Y value is normal and the X value is 0? And if I don't have those values, how do I change them? And how to set 0 DPI?

sorry, I no longer use my logitech mouse, so I can't provide any screenshots, but from what I remember you should open this Logitech Gaming Hub thing, switch to the page which lets you configure macros on the bottom of the window (it's the second page I think, I don't remember), and somewhere there you should be able to enter DPI and polling rate configuration page, and somewhere there there should be a checkbox called "Separate X and Y resolution", you should untick that and change your DPI to whatever you like on the slider on top

keep in mind that just uninstalling the software might also work because most logitech products don't have extensive on-board memory, unlike a4tech x7 products

I found the part where the DPI and polling rate are changed, but my mouse does not support separating X and Y resolution. I have already tried to reinstall the g hub software several times and it still does not work, don't you know if it could be a problem with my operating system?
