How to get 2024 service medal?

I'm currently on level 38. And I got my 2023 service medal back in March.
If I reach maximum levels and it gets reseted in 2023, will I get a 2024 medal that way? Or how? Will I get the 2024 medal only if it's 2024? I forgot how it works

I'm not sure but I think you can only get the 2024 service medal in 2024. If you level up in 2023 your 2023 service medal will get upgraded.

You can only upgrade it if you already have the 2023 medal. In 2024 you can unlock the 2024 one.

No it does not redeem the upgrade instantly. You can choose to reset your level by yourself. If you reset your level in 2024 you will get that service medal

But carefully. If you hit lvl 41 so you Max lvl 40 again, you will upgrade the coin.

Save you 40 LEVEL EXP , then upgrade in 1st Week of January 2024

I passed rank 40, but after passing it again it starts at rank 40. I can't get the service medal for 2024
