Long queue times!!

since cs2 ever come out, i have a big problem

Long queue time, and no im not talking about 4-6 min

i get at least 8-14min, sometime maybe more

i play cs since 2014 and i have green trust factor

the wait for the match can be a match itself

i have another account and i get way less queue time.
