Floaty aim/input lag issues

Since forever I've had issues with feeling like my aim suddenly becomes "floaty", it's almost unnoticeable, but it's really evident since all of a sudden I miss very easy shots and just generally feel the difference. I can go from 30-40 bombing in moderately "high" level games to missing every single shot I take. Performance varies daily for everyone, but it truly isn't the issue. I feel like I'm playing a completely different game. I get a well-performing game like once in two weeks. Has anyone had similar issues? I've completely ruled out placebo and the most common issues, like enhanced pointer precision, fullscreen, faulty gear (bought a completely new PC and still have the issue, starting to think it's my Steam account bc of that...), geforce experience etc.

I also play a lot of other games, and it's not happening in any other game but CS

I'm desperate for solutions. Even willing to pay if anyone finds a working fix.

bruh, i got the same problem, Razer Basilsk v3 pro. ive switches mouses, did a lot of debloating, i got almost 600-700 fps depends on the map, ancient 350-400. my headshot rate has always been high, i mean its still high, but it feels like my mouse is floating, im missing flicks, feels just like the game, doesnt want you to flick.

Flicking AND Spraying has been quite iffy in CS2 compared to GO.
The muscle memory we had seems like it has been flushed down the toilet. Lol.

i have the same issue, the skills i got with csgo are not really translating well into cs2

its because flicking is actually different in CS2
in GO your shot would not actually fire the moment you clicked mouse 1 it was always 1 tick later aka 15ms later on 64 tick or 7ms at 128 tick

in CS2 your shot fires instantly the moment you click mouse 1.

spraying in 2 is tighter to match 128 tick GO
really should only take a few hours to adjust to.

I've got to add that I've had this issue since GO, which somehow makes the situation even weirder

Sadly, no :(
The only "fix" I ever found was resetting my Windows. It was absolute bliss for exactly one day, then it came back worse than ever before. I've tried literally everything.

There are a lot of fixes you should find online and on Reddit, I think you should try them out to see if any of them work for you. In my case, I'm absolutely cooked
