How to disable startup video in CS2?

-novid and -nojoy dont' work anymore.

Find that intro webm file, rename it little.
Create new empty txt file and save it as intro.webm
Go file properties, change it as "read only" so it can not be replace in next launch or update.

It works, but it's not as fast as in CS:GO.
'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\panorama\videos' — that's the file path.

it's not as fast as CS:GO because:
1. CS2 is loading while the intro is playing, CS:GO did not load anything until the intro was finished playing;
2. CS2 is loading a 3D map as its menu background, CS:GO's menu background was a .webm file
