Noob Question silent jump-Bhop?

I've been on a server where guys are silent jumping/falling. They're doing the side to side wiggle thing. Is this some kind of bhop. It looks like they are floating for a bit. Never seen this before (not played csgo, a bit of source)

The jumping limits aint true in CS 2 atm .. so people can bunnyjump again if they like .. the issue with it is that their cheating with it because you cannot accurate see where their landing, some of them abuse this to avoid getting killed by an awp sniper, so he miss the target, it is a well known cheat and not well seen in counterstrike !

U can tell the data associated with CS2 is straight fraud: That emoti isnt even from Cs2 it's from CsGo So why is it named CS2 emoti??? More fake nonsesense
