*Fix CS2 keeps tabbing you out (Razer Synapse)

I had this issue where CS would just randomly so often tab me out and i could not figure what was causing it I updated drivers Nope, I reinstalled video drivers Nope, Re installed CS Nope, come to find out that it is Razer Synapse for some reason ever since the update Synapse will pull me out every so often so all you do it close it do not let it run in the background and bam it fixed my issue. Hopefully this can help someone. Cheers
