How to change the respawn timer in custom deathmatch to instant spawn?

Hello,

I've been playing on deathmatch servers with instant spawns after deaths and I really like this, but when i try to do a local server and add this I cant get it to work.
If i spawn bots and kill them they respawn after like 3 seconds.

I have tried these commands so far without success;
mp_respawnwavetime_ct 1;
mp_respawnwavetime_t 1;
mp_restartgame 3;
