possible cause to "failed to connect to the match" problem

so in my previous discussion where i adressed my game fails to connects to a competitive match, i don't know what was the cause if other people don't have the same problem as me.

but now, i may have a clue. after several competitive bans/cooldown, i switched to windowed size mode when playing cs2. somehow, this enables me to open task manager if say the game freezes and i get a black screen when alt tabbing. however on fullscreen mode, i would not be able to switch to task manager.
it became easy when i have task manager in my control - as i could end task cs2.exe process - without having to restart my pc and open up steam and spend minutes trying to reconnect.

anyway, after i have ended cs2.exe on task manager, i launch the game and hit the reconnect button and for the first time ever, this surprisingly works.

possible cause and conclusion:
1) the fail to connect to the match may have been caused by you having steam shut down and re-open them to try to connect to the match.
2) it may also be caused by having your pc restarted/shut down when trying to reconnect to the match.
2.1) another possible cause is that a 3rd party program cause a bug that prevents you from reconnecting. in my case, i was using my local internet cafe pc. they have 3rd party programs to run their internet cafe.

3?) my internet cafe pc doesn't have an ssd, they're only using hard drives. the system specs are decent, so it can run many modern games performantly. however, the thing that i mentioned that the pc doesn't have an ssd may also be one of the causes to game freeze. yes its a different problem and different topic, but anyway i want to address this too.


i can't risk testing my theory as it costs me money and time. i also could not risk getting a competitive cooldown. i have a 7 days competitive cooldown right now all because i failed to reconnect.

For me works "ALT + TAB >>> WINDOWS LOGO >>Power >>Restart (when restart it ask me to close selected programs before restart in my case :steam >> choosing cancel instead of ''close and restart" > get back to desktop :) but 1/10 times it doesn't work and just reseting windows and just yesterday i got the reconect button problem saying something like ''steam rejected... '''VALVE FIX THIS OR I LEAVE YOUR PLATFORM !

Also I just bought new pc week ago ,because i thought its something with my build (confirmed all my pc parts are working properly , have latest drivers etc) changed fully another pc configuration and build >> same problem and the results are: -600 euro for new pc build getting the same problem :3 <3 I just love valve !!!Also tried every single detailed fix on the internet,on steam ,everywhere i could found forum or video of fixes for this problem - still no solution !
