Old 48 gamer here with tendons issues

So I was wondering if any other players oldies like me play FPS ? I have on my right hand tennis elbow I think. Tendons hurt after gaming.

Any solution remedies?

I'm 49 and yes, the tendons ache after a bit. Just take a break. I can only play a few 10 minute DM rounds before it gets too much. Very sad.

Yes! Many "older" players play games like counter-strike, you can probably find groups on steam that have people just like you

I'm 66 and been a PC gamer for over 30 years. The only way around the pain is moderation, because drugs are a no go with a FPS.

If it's wrist related might be carpal tunnel - sometimes a wrist brace can help. I found that a couple of weeks with no (fps) gaming was the only thing that really helped.
