CS2 laggy on a high end PC

Hey,

So i got a big problem my CS2 is launching in low FPS like i'm at 200 fps and it drops to 100fps. Sometimes when the round starts i'm at 300fps, but it looks bad.

My low 1% is around 70~80fps.

I have got an Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 3080TI FE, 4x8GB of RAM DDR4 3800MHz, SN850X 1TB.

I should get more FPS right ? Or at least stable FPS.

And when I launch OBS it's worse, I still got the 200 fps but it's laggy like the game is slow looks like i'm on a 60hz display.

Those are my launch options : -allow_third_party_software -high -freq 279. I tried with and without them it's still the same.

I even tried with vulkan doesn't change anything.

This is in my autoexec.cfg :

It's the only game I have this problem if anyone know what to do I'm all ears.

yeah same here, 165hz feels like 60fps

You have a better PC than mine and i play fine, I think you should probably reset your settings and start from scratch.

i have the same issue and it is driving me nuts, and my game has been crashing randomly lately too :(

4060 is better than 3080

Yeah I'm going to upgrade to an 850watt when i change my GPU to a 4060 ti.

the 4070 super or any of the new 4 series supers sound good.. the 4070 ti or 4070 ti super..... I think the 4060 was kinda blah ?
