75hz in CS2 on a 60hz monitor?

My monitor is 60hz but in cs2 on a lower resolution I get the option to chose 75hz. This also shows up in the nvidia control panel on lower resolutions. Does it really work or it is still 60hz?

Yes it works even on intel HD graphics. But there really isn't any difference.

Vsync off and your screen can do 75000 fps easy .. there is no graphic card that can outperform any television or screen out there .. not even the old one´s !

So the price tag on both screens and graphic cards is OUTRAGE and full of s... just to milk the stupid cows for their hard earned money !
