VACnet is going nuts, high DPI false ban is apparent lately.

I thought this thing is just a phony excuse by cheaters, I am curious about it so I decided to do it on my alt. and modify my mouse setting by setting it's DPI to 10k, after 30min. of fake spinning like a lunatic and telling ppl. to report me nonstop, I got banned permanently by VAC on my alt account? does Valve even going to resolve this issue? it seems they don't care about this one.

there is no reason for one to use high sensitivity.
there's an old saying "play stupid games, win stupid prizes" .. if you clown around with dumb settings, you win dumb prizes.
in other words, you are provoking the system and begging to get banned ... and when you DO get banned, then you roll your eyes like "OMG I GOT BANNED" .. what did you expect then?

it's like those pranksters who get a replica pistol that is non-functional, but looks real, then they pull it out in front of a cop and WHEN they get brutally arrested, tazed, pepper sprayed or even shot, then they roll their eyes like "OMG POLICE BRUTALITY" .. what did you expect then?
cops don't have superman eyes to be able to tell if its real or not. if someone points a realistic looking weapon at them, they act accordingly.

same with anti-cheat, if you pretend to be a cheater, you will get banned. it's that simple.
i hope valve leaves those bans as example of what happens when you are provoking the system.

People act like this is okay because they all play low sens low dpi. I play 3 sens 3200dpi and have gotten to global multiple times. I used to play 6 sens 3200dpi but lost the ability to play that after taking a break a few years back.

It would be a bit bad if a high DPI mouse can cause a Vac ban, most gaming mice are high DPI, I even use one.

All i do though is set the sensitivity to what i can handle.

Because not cheating shouldnt trigger vac. Thats the issue
