Also in win 11 few more things eating GPU for no reason .

i am only seeing 100 gpu in CS... vsync is off.....

using a rtx 3060 oc should handle this fine

when not runing cs gpu usage is like 0 ... cpu is like 0-2 %

its cs 2..... ive verified files....... nothign wrong..... its just a turd game.

That's a question to ask a game dev, who developed their game to malfunction in that form. and most likely bc its not necessary to have it bc its already being limited in some cases. so having it on twice is probably ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the system.

well, i sometimes use vsync on cs2 and have encountered 0 problems, now go back sit on the kids table with your amd athlon x2 and your nvidia 6200 turbocache.

why else? cuz you're running unlocked FPS ... FACEPALM 1000x...
unlocked fps = ALWAYS 100% GPU usage as unlocked means GPU will render as many frames as it possibly can.

i have GTX 1080 and my GPU usage is only like 25-30% in 1440p 60fps

I use 1070ti and still got 100% usage , when it said that this game is CPU based ,my cpu is only 40% utilized.My GPU at 100% usage should provide me with minimum stable 310+ fps while now it provides me max up to 300...
