It's true that I bought it from CSGO but I still play CS2 normally but now I've lost my CS2 prime. I don't know why. Is there any way to restore my prime?

Did you change your phone number cause if im not mistaken is it tied to it or you got hacked and someone removed it.

1. Go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3. Click on the game.
4. Select "It's not in my library"
5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"
