My CS2 is broken!!! Anyone help me to fix it?

My CS2 lag every few seconds in game with the internet graph popping out on the right-up corner. It also lags other apps such as discord, causing my friends unable to hear me. But I don't think it's my internet's problem because whenever I lag, my phone works perfectly fine, no lag at all. It is neither my hardware's problem. I run cod mw2 perfectly fine. It doesn't lag at all.

I am on a desktop, Dell's XPS 8960 with 3060 and i7 13th gen. My CS2 is downloaded in the SSD. I am using 1440*1080, 4:3 stretched. I am using mid graphic settings. I run average 200+ fps but I always lag out and cause my team to lose. I disabled full screen optimization and opened compatible for windows 8 according to a tutorial but it doesn't work either.

Anyone know how to fix it??

I have the same issue. My internet is working fine but then all of a sudden 2000+ ping, dcs me from matchmaking and discord. Then when i alt+F4 from cs my internet comes back to life

No, I just moved to this apartment I live for 4 months. I am having Shaw's internet and I am using an Ethernet cable connected from the wall.

btw my internet's download speed is about 540 mbps and upload speed is about 160 mbps

ye i have a router pluged to the wall, and an anthenna on the roof. ping max 15 uppload 200 download 50 and when playing mm it just disconnects my ethernet.

Test your packet and if there is issues, it's definitely a YOU problem.

So I disabled adaptive Sync on my monitor and reinstalled CS2 again and it is much better but not totally fixed. Sometimes it still lags out like it used to.
