Russians being connected to your server has nothing to do with your connection to the server.

Keep your complaints consistent. The issue you're describing here happened in CSGO as well. This is not a thing new to CS2.

I don't think the max acceptable ping setting ever affected other players. It only affects servers the matchmaking system is allowed to put you on. Higher max ping means you could potentially get a worse connection but better MMR-based teams.

But you're not complaining about 64 tick servers here, are you? You're complaining about russians being in your games when you select your personal max acceptable matchmaking ping at 25 - A completely selfish and nonsensical complaint. Bringing up server tickrate is irrelevant to your original post. Bringing up inconsistencies in server hosting is irrelevant to your original post.
