CS2 highend PC stuttering/low fps
Hi guys, i have really anoying problem cuz i am having stuttering and around 180-250 fps on competitive settings(1280x960, textures high, shadow high and 8xmssa, every else on low). I have highend PC RTX 4070, ryzen 5 5600x and 32 gb ram 3600mhz. I dont know what to do, i changed options in my nvidia control panel and i turn on xmp profile on ram's and pbo on CPU.

I went today from 1280x1024 all low high shadows to 1920x1440 + CMAA2, shadows high, nvidia reflex Off..nothing new there.. but I was suggested to put vertical sync ON! It is much better. ((13400f+3060)) Hope you figure it out quickly as it is frustrating as hell.

You will have input lag if you turn on your vsync

What CPU do you have? You might be running into a bottleneck. Also make sure you aren't running anything aggressive in the background

I have a similar PC than the OP. Only thing that helped minimizing stutters was setting graphics mostly to low, shadows I still have on high.

yes

Your computer is so high that it won't stutter.
Your network is unstable, causing you to stutter.

you literally have WRONG things on high, why shadows and anti-aliasing on high?
those are the first things you should put on low or off.

and don't run unlocked fps. that's your problem

I have GTX 1080 and i run it smoothly at 1440p 60fps with almost everything on high, shadows low and AA off.
