Cs2 capped at 60 fps without particular reason (Fixed)

i had problem with cs2, it was capped to 60fps for some reason, playing game in WIndow mode fixed the issue and it's back to my monitor fps, do u guys have the same issue or it's just me ?

I switched to custom windows 11 and it works just fine now.

For me after Driverupdate only 60fps in CS2!


AMD Adrenaline Software:
GAMING > Graphics > Advanced >

Frame rate target control : Disabled
(Additional if not working: turn off AMD Freesync in the Monitormenu)


German:

GAMING > Grafik > Erweitert >

Steuerrung der Zielbildfrequenz : Deaktiviert

(Zusätzlich fass das nicht funktioniert: AMD Freesync im Monitor ausschalten)

ive tried alot of things, this problem is on multiple games, i notice when i restart computer and start cs, the FPS is normal but at some time ingame it comes a spike and game is now capped at 60 fps, same if i change a random setting ingame, instant capps at 60 fps.

its probably a retarded setting/update that is causing this, but i cant figure out what...

damn idk, maybe it's time to set up custom windows for you and just forget about updates, if it's global problem then i would guess you need to check gpu/windows settings, and try games with v sync off, frame generation, and dlss/fsr off. or Maybe restart to factory for gpu drivers/windows settings? i can't help ,with just that much info tbh.

For me NO vsync in ANY WAY. No Radeon chill. Literally NO settings changed from 2 days ago when it was unlocked. PC restart game restart settings restart. Nothing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ helps. Valve you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TROGLODYTES

This was my problem, I think it also happened after a driver update because I changed no settings.. thanks a bunch
