Hi guys i gotta ask anyone if anyone is experiencing this issue or if its just me.
ever since the latest update i have been experiencing random crashes on cs and it logs me out of steam i also experience random minimizing in game when i'm switching between tabs every once in awhile to change to the next song or something else,I've tried getting help through support from steam contact support but they basically sent me away to come here an post my issues and they just closed the ticket on me therefore here i am asking if anyone is having the same or similar issues since the latest update . If there's any solution please do let me know and share with others so we can fix this annoying issue together

Hello, i´ve been experiencing random crashes all the time, i cant seem to figure out the issue either and with support only saying that they are working with bugs and crashes and identifying issues.. leaves you kind of helpless. They directed me to go so a PC tech.. xD i cant really see how that would help, because the issue is not the computer it´s CS update.

no issues for me , do you have few monitors or just one? are you on window mode or bordless?

is the song from YouTube or other website?

do you have game mode on in windows?

efficiency mode , battery saving?

to see why game crash go to event viewer , administrative tab and check the newest messages. it will say what exactly is wrong.

naturally make sure you on newest windows update and optional including media pack in windows 11 and that your gpu is on newest drivers.


sharing your pc gpu , cpu etc would also be nice to know.

is your firewall and antivirus for sure not blocking game and steam ? check it out.

you dont have old csgo commands console in steam ?

you uninstalled game , deleted in file explorer and installed again?

I have 1 monitor and i think i have game mode on no effeciency mode on but also that's the thing i didn't say why and yes im always up to date with my pc and yes im sure that my firewall aint blocking anything and no i dont have csgo old commands the last one tho i will have to try it but like i dont think it will make a difference

None like i dont use any special launch options just the standard ones

Try last one , the issue could be simple like old csgo 1 files left over causing crashes if this is issue only what I suggested can fix it as only unistall from steam does nothing.

Also go to power plan in windows and check your settings, turn off battery saving.

Delete all console steam commands , use only -high
Go to firewall and enable private network on csgo 2.
Add game and steam as exception in antivirus.

Go to router enable 1500 bandwidth

Also turn off game mode.

Also as said check event viewer, that way you don't guess you just know.

but the issue occured after the update before this it was just fine
