What is going on with the premier points?
After you cross 4000 points, you lose ~500 points for every match you lose, but you only gain ~100. That means you need to win 5 games for every game you lose just to keep the rank you already have. That is extremely silly.

Really? You're quite a quick thinker! But please don't think that anyone is interested in this! Just be grateful and open a few cases

I agree, it's a bogus system

that only happens if you have a poor winrate.
for instance as soon as i crossed over 4000 points it was -100 +300
and i had a positive winrate for my recent matches,

Im sorry but thats just not how it works. I was gaining about 300 and losing about 100 at that point.

its not might it is true and how the system works
you start at a flat -100 +200
from there if you keep winning matches you get -100 +300 even more wins will cap at around -100 +500
if you lose this win streak you will go back towards -100 +300 keep losing and its back to -100 +200
now you are back at the flat -100 +200
if you lose a match you get -100 +100
go on a lose streak and eventually you get -200 +100
keep losing and you get -300 +100
keep losing even more and you get the dreaded -500 +100
if you start winning matches from here eventually you will you get back to -300 +100.
keep winning more matches than you lose and eventually you will return to -100 +200

even while unraked or under 4k this system is still in place.

TLDR
if you lose more matches than you win in recent games the amount of rating you lose will increase compared to what you gain
if you win more matches than you lose in recent games the amount of rating you will gain will increased compared to what you lose.

Nice theory, but this is bollocks, I have 65% winrate

Or that it’s not just based on winning or losing, it never has been, why think that now?

proof? this would only happen if other team is far higher than you.
my friend plays with full group only and is above 7000, same thing. he has about 70-80% winrate ...
what you're saying is just not true.

how many matches have you played? show us some proof .. you probably got lucky and won couple matches against higher ranks and now you think this is how it is.

I had the same problem as OP. After getting around 65 wins in Premiere and never making it above 5k Elo, it changed to where I was getting +350 on a win and -110 on a loss.
