Wtf is wrong with this game's matchmaking?

Seems like every competitive match I run into is with an enemy team of headshotting machines either because they're cheaters, or the matchmaking pairs the team up with complete noobs and veterans/smurfs together. 90% of matches are really one sided whether winning or losing team. They have individual player stats so it would be nice if they pair us up with people of our skill level. I currently suck at the game both mechanics and aim and I don't think I will improve overtime when I keep getting paired up with people who either toggle or has sunk hundreds to thousands of hours in the game. They should REALLY fix the matchmaking especially for newbies who are unranked. Valorant didn't have matches this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when I played their game, but their game is just not as good as CS hence why I left. But with CS it seems like they just throw random players together in one team without any regard of their skill level and just leads to just massive skill issues between teams cause its either just one or 2 carries and 3 noobs including me getting killed off with lack of game experience.

I'm literally in a game against 5 russians who called me a cheater after 2 rounds, they are very blatantly aimbotting and wallhacking.
I have 29-8, one of my teammate has quit after 2 rounds, the other 3 are trolling at spawn every round.
They are ALL slavs.

It seems like Valve was in a rush to release CS2, so many unfinished things and the matchmaking is in shambles.

Instead of trying to match people with others around their rank from CSGO, everyone is at 0.
Majority of my matches are unbalanced, either team has a really bad experience and losing 3-13.

And one of the reasons is that they still havnt dealt with smurfs, i get matches with brand new steam accounts with less than 100 hours in CS2 that just steam roll the other team. Some of them even have a link to their main profile on their steam page, or says that its a smurf if you ask them.

And legit new players get put in matches with players that have several thousand hours of play time. They have a bad time, and the old players have a bad time. Its not fun for anyone.

Russians are not slavs, they are more of a mongols. Slav ends with Baltics, Belarus and Ukraine.

the matchmaking is still in its infancy with the switch over to the cs2 its not that the matchmaking is bad its that everyone is starting fresh so you will have skilled players with newbs until they win out. You could always wait a month for peoples ranks to settle down or just deal with it.. you get better playing vs better players than you would if you were stuck with bots in human form.

Have you considered maybe you're just trash? I play other FPS and pivoted into CS2 and I have maybe 50-60 hours in, CS rating of 8000 which is gradually going down with these idiots afk at beginning of match or trolling.

I do agree there are people that blatantly wall or cheat, but in the same vein, you don't need thousands of hours to be decent.. I'm at 50 hours in and I'm frying these kids.

If you just don't have the mechanical skillset to be competitive in an FPS, why even pretend? Just enjoy the game and stop taking it seriously, you're never going pro, and neither will I.
