connection loss

It's impossible to play with 1.2 % loss in every damn match .... I have my entire non-premade team saying they are lagging too, please do something about it .

This never happened on Cs:Source or Cs:GO ... It's a CS2 problem, it's a little better since it started but it's still annoyingly terrible, please fix connections to servers, fix your game pls.

I'm having a similar problem, I have extremely high internet speeds, high up and download speeds, I have run a stability test to where I have zero packet loss on my end, and I only have around 22 ping in game with 140 to 170 FPS depending on what's on screen, yet whenever I get near a lot of players, I suddenly get rubber banding and lag with no ping spikes and no frame drops. This happens every single game, to varying degrees of intensity but it gets bad enough to where I can't even throw my nades or peek corners. I filled out a ticket for support and they sent me an automated response so I did everything in the automated response, and it fixed nothing so I sent in another ticket and they sent me the exact same automated response.... Check the forums, read our troubleshooting guide, contact your isp, everything which I've already done, so I think they don't even read the support tickets, it's definitely something on their end because I never had this issue in CS:GO.

Exactly as me, i got 399 fps looking at the sky, 300/350 fps, it serves as wh, i start shouting in discord that they are near me because i start lagging when lots of players come near me, if it's just one i get a little less lag ... I miss grenades too, they get stuck on my hand making the throw noise for 2 secs and then i miss them and sometimes they get thrown as if they were thrown with the mouse's right button ( short range ), i can't peek, i can't jump 2 boxes in a row, once i killed myself on vertigo over this ..

Two updates ago they specifically said they resolved this issue, but they didn't although it's a little better it still happens and at least they're showing us that they are trying to resolve this issue ... sometimes it's unplayable, sometimes it isn't, there are servers where i play a whole match without this problem and there are servers where i can't play since it starts, all of them spanish servers, i only play on spanish servers .

Yeah I don't know what the issue is, it's definitely not on the players' end, somebody even recommended me to set a FPS cap so there's less variation in high to low fps and that might help with the lag which I did but I'm still getting the max of my FPS cap, it's not hardware lag, it's Network lag, I was getting huge amounts of packet loss before showing up on my net graph, it does say that I'm getting less now but I'm getting the same effect, it's almost like they just disguised it but didn't fix it, like turning off the warning lights in a vehicle and saying the problem is resolved, or at least that's what it seems like. If they are trying to fix it, then at least let the community know that they are working on it, don't send us back the same automated replies saying that it's our problem when we have followed every instruction to resolve it and it's not resolved. That shows that it's not on our end. Neither one of us had this problem in CSGO so I don't know if it's the CS2 servers themselves or this subtick thing they have going on. But I'm experiencing the same thing you are, I rush out of Spawn with my team, I go to lay down smoke or mollies and the Network lag gets so bad that I have to put my grenade away because I know it's not going to hit, and I can't peek corners at times, I have to just hold angles now because I don't know what's going to happen, I love counter-strike, I've been playing it for 20 years, I hope they can get this running closely to CS go, the anti-cheat needs a rework as well....

I totally agree with you, it's definitely a packet loss problem not caused by us ... well i think cheaters always existed in CS, ever since i started playing CZ/Source/Go, if they wanted to ban by IP adress they could, but in fact a person can hack once and not hack anymore and a person that has never hacked can hack anytime ... but if they did this then their sales would drop instantly ... it's what it is ...

I literally just had a match on inferno, where, from t spawn at the bottom of mid, I tried to Molotov top of mid at CT cross, but instead I got lag from the packet loss and just dumped my Molotov on to all of my teammates because it caused my character to just drop it instead of throw it, this is so ridiculous it's making the game unplayable to a degree...

i've given up, it's an achievement to change between grenades without the enemy killing me, i feel like i'm controlling a troll instead of a doll dude ...

I can't change weapon or between nades, i press 10 times and still didn't change .
I can't jump every jump doesn't count .
I can't plant the bomb .
I can't stand still, i keep moving towards left or right .
I can't shoot, i can't even think on shooting because i'm busy fighting the game instead of fighting the enemy team, at least i can't think there's cheaters ingame, i just think this game is a giant bug that's being sold .

I restarted because of this and couldn't rejoin the match, it said " downloading workshop maps 0%" and then changed to " steam is saying that updates for this application are forbidden " i lost 1000 points, i give up, at least i've managed to be 11k on premier like this, it didn't start 2 days ago, it's just worse since 2 days ago, it started when cs2 was launched, valve specified in inumerous updates they were trying to solve the problem with packet loss so it's their problem, not ours or mine, it just happens on this BUG and doesn't happen on other games .

To prevent me from breaking my keyboard changing between grenades i'm gonna stop playing, global on cs go, 5200 hours, 400fps, 30 ping steady .

I'm gonna uninstall, it's an application that just serves one purpose, to fill space on my hard drive .

Got my firs disconnect from Primere game. Couldnt recoonect. Just said Faild to connect, After 5 min trying had to abandon and still got cooldown.

They're impossible for me, tomorrow is sunday if i can play i'll just have one day since i work during the week and i won't be playing the entire week .
