"STEAM UserID is banned"

Just started playing with a friend who is new to the game. They first needed to complete the introduction. After playing a few rounds, the screen went black and this notification appeared. What could be the reason?

It is either a ban of a community server applied by their admins or some temporally ban of a server of Valve for certain behavior.

First one, won't be removed unless you contact the owner of the community server and second one will disappear itself after a few minutes etc.

what if im playing with some friends and after the game of where he killed my other friend(same team) he got this notification and now he cant join
