Where is the CS2 Model Viewer for sticker creation?

Hi!
Could someone please point me to the new model viewer because I cannot find it anywhere.
The piece of software that I am looking for is literally the 1st screenshot from the sticker creation guide https://www.counter-strike.net/workshop/workshopstickers

The old CS:GO SDK does not work anymore and I cannot find the model viewer in the CS2 workshop tools.
