Randomly While Playing CS2 I Get "Display Port No Signal"
Hello fellas.
I have an issue which I want to find out if it's common and known or it's just happening to me. After the last update I started to get randomly like sometimes after 5 minutes sometimes after 1 hour suddenly the game goes black monitor says "display port no signal" game makes a repetitive sound and sound fully goes out. I tried to play other games such as BF1, BF2042, COD MW2019 and nothing happened as such in them also I tried to update to latest driver 546.01 and issue didn't resolve so I am confused. I'd be very grateful if someone could help. Thank you!

My System Specs:

GPU: RTX 3070

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600

Ram: 2x8GB

Motherboard: Asus B550F Rog Strix

EDIT: Seems like updating my bios fixed the problem which is weird because it wasn't happening. I started doubting the hardware when I played GTA5 with a friend and same thing happened so I tried disabling gen 4 pcie which worked then I checked out that my bios isn't up to date which resolved the issue after the update. Thanks for everyone which tried to help.

is your GPU overheating? use MSI Afterburner's overlay to monitor temps. there's plenty of guides on youtube and on other websites for setting it up

Have you tried connecting via HDMI? Maybe try using Power Limit -10% or more in Afterburner.

sounds like an issue with monitor , just because other games does not cause does not mean the issue is not there.

Try contacting the company you got monitor from and they will fix the port as long as you have warranty on monitor. (each company has its own tests to find issue)

(if you dont want that company then you can pay like 50£ for someone else who knows monitors to fix it for you.)

before that check your monitor settings and NVIDIA monitor settings maybe the monitor is not found or some value is wrong.

as for HDMI dont use that old thing unless you play on console.

make sure you have latest update on windows including optional in advanced.

also check device manager maybe some error appears there , if yes the issue is quite serious. if not the issue is recorded in event viewer

I tried to make sure all my cables in my case was plugged in right and also made sure my powerboard isn't loose. Seems to have worked. But I don't play the game as much anymore also.

No Still having the same issue. I changed my Monitor and upgraded my PSU. Removed undervolt on my CPU, Reseated the CPU cooler, turned off xmp, updated BIOS, drivers and no fix. Sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 40 minutes into gaming my screen would go black, but PC fans still running at max. I have to hold down the power button to turn off and restart.
Still unsure if it's a hardware or software issue.
