8700K & 2080Ti & 64GB RAM

I have:
On an Asus ROG Strix Z370-F Gaming with the bios version 2404
Intel Core i7-8700K at 4,8GHz and at 1,48 Volt
CPU Load Line Calibration at Level 6 + CPU Peak Power at 140% + etc...
an Corsair H100i Pro RGB 240mm cooling it at the max pump speed
Asus ROG Strix OC RTX 2080 Ti ay 1780 MHz and 14450 MHz
+125% Power Target and GPU Voltage 100%
A SilverStone Strider Gold 80+ 1000 Watts PSU
4x16GB of RAM at 3600 MHz CL16-16-16-36 at default 1,35 Volts

And still, this game runs so poorly in Death Match with I think 16 Players ?
Feels unreactive, laggy, spiky, ... Not smooth at all, drops sometimes to 185 FPS and on average 225 FPS and on average 320 FPS or something like that

In competitive, it's okay... 280-380 FPS

I'm playing on a BenQ Zowie XL2566K at 360 Hz "ULMB" or DYAC+ Premium


When there's more people, it feels laggy...


Valve, please, optimize this game...

A SIX core CPU not being able to manage a such game... Come on...

8700k is not good cpu now for gaming, minimum you need is 10600 or ryzen 3600
