I get that csgo is known for having a lot of cheaters. Cs2 still has cheaters BUT, there are a lot less than before. Is vaclive working how it should be? Absolutely not, but about 90% of the cheaters i or other people I know have played against have gotten banned in the next three days. In addition, everyone who decided to push for pink, red, and maybe even black medals have been getting punished for their deeds prior to cs2’s release. Is cs2 still ♥♥♥♥? Hell yeah but like people say about 1.6, cs2 will improve as time goes on.

vaclive is not working but still cheaters are getting banned faster than ever before?

There are many cheaters I know that have been cheating for years without ban that got banned days after release and days prior to today. I’d name some but if I do, the post will be deleted

It’s a great thing. I’m apparently not allowed to accuse people of cheating here though. I’m just happy people are getting punished for their actions. I see a bunch of posts about people saying vaclive is terrible.

We can all celebrate in silence. No anticheat is perfect but im confident that Vac is improving

Cheaters will be forever on CS , seriously just go find some true data about VAC. According to some low stack dvlpers , this is the worst anti cheat on the market.

I 100% agree, I just want to say that I’m seeing improvement. In no way have they carried out what they promised prior to release.

This ♥♥♥♥ sub-tick system combined with 64 trash tick servers and latency makes it seem as if many players are cheating. You are many times instantly dead because the enemy had peekers advantage and their action is way waster with this trash sub-tick that makes you shoot faster than the animation shows.

I don't face lots of cheaters or I don't notice them right now BUT if you open youtube, check for cs2 livestreams, you can see streams where players are actually raging without getting banned. So is vac live working? No, not really.

So you dont see cheaters yourself but you look for them on youtube find em there and decide the game is full of cheaters - amazing logic.

Ok you conclude vac live doesnt work which is weird because I havent even looked for it and I got a clip of vaclive working in my youtube feed.
Why base your beliefs of youtube when you yourself notice something different.

Improvement is just all i expect since years. To be honest ppl above 15 k CS and below 4 K rating doesn't experience cheaters that mutch . They are banned before reaching it for most of them or instantly rated above . But for all ppl ( most of players) like me, between 7k and 12 k ( average) we meet so much more of cheaters.
