Hot take: Premier Elo
If you constantly win in a premier match, then the Elo points gained per match won should increase additively.

1st win in a row, +100 Elo,
2nd win in a row, +200 Elo,
3rd win in a row, +300 Elo.

Pro´s don´t get 30k on default and can´t go under, players that had griefers/leavers are not stuck in 3k max bracket, etc.

Dumb.

I'll elaborate.

If a player is good enough to not get defeated a single time. Why should the lower skilled players be forced to play with him/her for longer than 2 matches? Allowing Elo to change more dramatically can prevent an overly good player from sticking around.

If you're better than average ar some level, you'll have more points for win already.

Even if the points gained in question are negligible? You've heard from other discussions that win streaks do not give as much Elo points on win, compared to getting a single win out of 3/4 losses.

This is not good bro. We need balance matchmaking and the points should reflect from there. If you're playing against lower ranks than you, then you lose more points than gaining points.

Unfortunately, it's impossible when there are unbalance matchmaking with low quality VACnet system.

Winstreaks are bad for that type of favor since it's not solo game, you could be carried by team a few matches a row.
Right now you just need constant winrate to get up faster. Win more than lose and you'll get extra points. At distance it's much better stat to be based on than just a series of random matches.

If I'm reading this right, you think that high Elo players fighting against low Elo players should get less Elo points from winning.

I do agree with this statement. However, if the high Elo players don't find other players that are actually of equal/higher Elo than them, then why would you want to keep the high Elo players where they are at by barely increasing their Elo points?
