Sudden FPS drop

The last week, I was playing CS2 with my RTX 3050 laptop GPU. It averaged 140+ FPS with no real problems, but only the GPU/CPU temps, which wasn't really a problem. Now, it can't exceed 80 FPS. What happened? Could it be the new update?

Some notes:
I'm pairing it with an Intel Core 12450H.
The heat now is significantly lower.
I haven't changed the graphics level preset at all since installation.
I did configure the control panel settings.

(11/9/2023) Edit:
From MSI Center, I picked the "Extreme Performance" setting in the User Scenario tab, and now it's running just as before. I might have picked it with the keyboard shortcut the first time I played the game without noticing.

No
Usually I get performance drops after every driver update, like when I first install the driver it performs great, but when I update it's performance drops.

vulkan now is a trash for people who use 144+Hz monitors and it cause an FPS drop (using rtx3070+R7 5800X+32gb RAM)

As msi 3060 laptop user myself, i'd recommend undervolting the 3050, using throttlestop and change the fan curve on msi center. It will help with the temps and stability
