Mute people on cs2

Sins the start of cs2 ik cant mute people anymore.
Has everyone this problem ?

how/where are you muting them?
there are 3 different ways of muting

Try reporting for verbal abuse, should insta mute the person.

you can try turning it off in settings

I did mute people in the settings, but i can still hear them.
In csgo it was working alright

Instead of muting try to lower their voice to zero.

Try to go right click on the name and then put the volume of the player down by using your mouse instead of clicking mute.

That fixed the problem for me
