You will need to throw this graphicscard in the trash and buy a proper used graphicscard, like an gtx 750 or r9 270.
The geforce 210 is really BAD, you can upgrade your cpu later.
But first, throw the 210 in the trash.

GF 210 is not a gamming beast. Bui GTX 750, upgrade ram to 4GB and enjoy ~100-120fps.
Xeon E3110 is a C2D E8400 for server/workstations.

A cheap R7 250 or GT 740 would be better than that GT 210 O_0
There is onboard graphics now that are better than the GT 210.
