Need help with Redragon mouse side button bindings

Hello guys so I need help with my mouse Redragon M601 Centrophorus. It has 2 side buttons and I want to bind them for voice chat and cycle grenades. So I went to settings and went to bind them and whenever I pressed those keys, it was blank! So I went to console for the problem. I saw that " " is not a valid key of something like that. So help me guys to fix this. If possible then a macro please so I can bind mouse key 4 and 5 with Cs go number key 4 for cycle grenade and "K" for mouse button 5 for quick voice.

You need to install the drivers of your mouse and make sure that those buttons are configured as mouse 4 and mouse 5.

Then to do what you want:

Type in console

bind "MOUSE4" "slot4" //bind mouse4 button to grenades slots bind "MOUSE5" "+voicerecord" //bind mouse5 to voicechat

Okay I installed my latest drivers of my mouse still it doesn't appears. For your information I did not uninstalled the old drivers of my old mouse. Can it conflict it?? If yes then I may need to do the hard way. Plug my old mouse in and uninstall the Redragon mouse drivers then uninstall my old mouse then plug my Redragon and then install drivers and boom. This is what you want me to do???

I have an answer for you.
I just got the same mouse and it was working fine until I installed the driver software supplied by RedDragon themselves, the driver installs another program which allows you to bind actions to certain buttons this however blocks the capability of using the side buttons as game buttons.
If you're on Windows then open the start menu search "Programs and Features" or go there via the Control Panel, at the top there should be software labeled "5-Button Mouse", if it isn't at the top then search for it in the search bar to the top right. Once you find it, uninstall it and choose to restart manually when it asks to close applications. After it's done uninstalling you don't even have to restart for the buttons to work with games again :)
